All
items will be billed at the price in effect at the time of shipment;
prices subject to change without notice.
Freight and handling charges will be added to orders shipped via US
Postal Service or UPS.

CREDIT CARD
|
|
We accept MASTER CARD - VISA –
AMERICAN EXPRESS – DISCOVER. Give
us your account number, name, expiration date and phone number. After your invoice is calculated, a handling charge may
be added to any credit card sale exceeding $99.00.
2-
C.O.D.
All orders not paid by Credit Card
will be shipped C.O.D. All
new accounts requesting C.O.D. will be shipped C.O.D. Cash Only without
prior references. After a new account has completed three successful
C.O.D. Cash transactions, they may, at the manager’s discretion, be
converted to C.O.D. Company Check. Any
C.O.D. account refusing C.O.D. shipments will be subject to cash in
advance on all future orders.

OPEN ACCOUNT
|
|
Open account terms of Net 30 Days are
offered to customers who have established credit or who furnish
satisfactory references. Not
usable are references from retailers, gasoline or other credit card
companies. We reserve the
right to charge a 1 ½% per month service charge ($2.00 minimum) on all
past due amounts.

CANCELLATIONS
|
|
Orders that have been entered may be
canceled only when no expense is involved on our part. Factory accepted orders for non-stock merchandise are not
subject to change or cancellation under any circumstances.
All cancellations must be confirmed by mail on special order
merchandise.

MINIMUM
ORDER
|
|
Minimum order is $10.00 in
merchandise. Key blank orders
must be for quantities of ten or more for each number.
Service charge of $3.00 on orders less than $10.00.

|
RETURNED
GOODS
|
|
We cannot give credit for any goods
returned without written authorization from us.
Defective merchandise or errors in filling orders, for which we are
responsible, will be promptly handled.
Credit cannot be issued until the merchandise in good condition has
been received in our warehouse. If
goods are ordered in error, a 15% restocking charge will be made.
The following items may not be returned for credit: any books,
tools or special ordered merchandise of any sort.
All claims for shortages or defects must be made within five days
after delivery.
